Over recent months there has been a significant increase in the number of ANZ National staff calling the union and councillors about the pressure to achieve targets, and being placed on performance management.
We continue to raise targets issues, and have won the right to meet with management to specifically discuss targets and its effects. This is a great opportunity to have your experiences passed on to management first hand. The best way you can tell us about these experiences is to fill in the targets survey.
There are separate surveys for call centre staff and retail staff.
We urge ALL staff to complete the survey – why not log in and do it now. If you don’t complete the survey, the message you’re sending the bank is that you’re happy with targets the way they are. (Please circulate this email around everyone at work so all staff get the opportunity to complete the survey.)
