FIRST Union members at Kmart have now voted to ratify their collective agreement. This is a good settlement for members, with a pay increase of  5% on the rate over 14 months (and a little more for Distribution Centre workers), 5 days bereavement leave for immediate family members (3 days for extended family and 1 day for close association), 8 days sick leave and a few other goodies. Well done to all delegates, members and the FIRST Union bargaining team.
