AMP and FIRST Union have exchanged claims ahead of our negotiations next week on the 18 April. AMP is seeking changes that would weaken a number of our entitlements in the collective agreement. These are summarised below in this Update.

AIL offers special support for Canterbury earthquake victims
AIL insurance have offered a special waiver of premium for policy holders who are unable to work for 30 days or longer due to the Canterbury earthquake. For those who qualify, they offer to waive premiums for up to 90 days to keep them fully covered.
